Great monitor but no HDR. Better big monitors with HDR for the same price.

Luckily I got it on sale on Black Friday. Please note that this is a 1440p monitor with a high refresh rate of 165MHz. Which refresh rate is better than a 4K monitor for gaming? However, it is a great monitor. BUT given the cost. This is NOT an HDR monitor. Why this is important is that it is high dynamic range. What is different than pixels. HDR 10 or High Dynamic improves black and white images and really captures light and shadow better. Without them, most screens are either gray or washed out. For $300 you get monitors for the same price with 1440p resolution and HDR for the same price as MSI's 32-inch curved monitor. Which is also more. It's 1 year old now and there are better monitors out there for almost the same price. Get a 32” curved screen with 1440p resolution and HDR. Just not this one.
