There is only one problem but a big one - the device just won't connect to my wifi network no matter what I do and no matter what tricks I try. I see that others have had the same problem. To be honest it prints beautifully, especially photos, but only in wired mode. So if you're okay with a purely wired setup and your requirements are just printing (no copying or faxing), then you might be satisfied with this device. (I - I bought 2 of these and use them both, mainly for printing photos.) But if you really need wireless capabilities and want copy and fax capabilities, look elsewhere. My suggestion (with no financial interest) would be the Brother MFC-J995DW, which also prints great, has lots of features and is easy to install on my Wi-Fi network.
