We bought 3 sets of these frames to use with some of the other frames on the stairwell gallery wall. Pros: the frames turned out to be durable and of good quality, there was real glass. Pretty well packaged - only one or two had a small scratch on the glass. The Bad: The glass on each of them was dirty and stained where the bubble wrap had been pressed against. So you have to remove and clean the glass on all of them. Not perfect, but worth living. We didn't use a template layout, so I cut out all the individual frame templates and carefully taped everything to the wall exactly where we wanted it. Put the holes and dowels in the marked places, hang up the pictures. AND NO HARDWARE ON THE FRAME IS WHERE AS SHOWN ON THE TEMPLATE. You kidding?!?!?! The smaller photos that only have 1 "hook" have everything shifted to the side or down. With larger ones, you can't even physically match the holes in the template to the actual hooks. I see this is stated in another review as well. Which is what I saw first, but who wouldn't trust the manufacturer's pattern? If only I hadn't already done the work of deleting everything and inserting all the photos etc and returning all 3. In the meantime, I guess we'll hunt down Sawtooth Hook and see what we can salvage.
