is a decent neck fan. I work in the kitchen and staying cool definitely helps, especially with a mask on. The only thing I don't like is that you can't adjust the direction of the airflow. I had another neck fan with two fans that could bend and face the face, but it broke. that's why i bought this one. in general. that's a good fan!
