Truly unbelievable! the best in coffee makers
I've found that ground coffee can get into the water when I put it in the filter. My iced coffee came with filters, though, so I just stuffed the bad guy in. You can unscrew the top with handle as well as the lid to remove the filter (pre-filtered coffee) without breaking it. You can also put the tea/tea bag in the filter provided (since the tea is not ground with it) so it doesn't seep into the water. Hope that helps. Love mine so far, great product!
