They've been quite durable, we painted a large room as our first spraying project and were pleasantly surprised at how well they held up. We only had to use 2, one leaked about 75% of the whole project and we only used one color (white) so we were hoping to use a flexible liner for two days. There is no such happiness. However, we gently squeezed the insert to get the biggest possible pop for your cup once we got the hang of the atomizer. That's a whole different thing. But I'm so glad we chose a Graco device other than the mainstream custom DIY brand. We read dozens if not hundreds of sprayer reviews before settling on the more expensive Graco TrueCoat 360 VSP. We have no regrets.
