The product is aesthetically pleasing and looks great on my layout, that's all I can say about the positive things. In terms of sound quality and performance, I wouldn't recommend it. The sound is very hoarse and poppy, I've heard speakers better than 40Hz. To be honest, it sounds the same as playing music through your phone's speaker, only louder. And here's what wipes my gears even more, for some reason X or Y, it doesn't register the lower notes on the record. For example, it doesn't register the beginning of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon". It's muted until higher-sounding parts start playing, it picks up the sound and is muted throughout the recording, especially on low-pitched notes. This is just an example, I've played many other records from Boston to Iron Maiden with the same results. My honest advice: save your money until you find a better option than this. This item is similar to a band-aid for a gunshot wound.
