Review on TEC Accessories TEC T323 Isotope Reactor: 3W Powerhouse for Optimal Performance by Marvin Breezy

Mine arrived with a broken glass bowl to be honest. The product comes with a spare globe, which is a thoughtful idea by the manufacturer. I contacted TEC Accessories and they responded quickly. They said they didn't have a case where either of them broke (although another review mentions the same thing) and they offered to send me some replacement parts which they shipped very quickly. Thank you TEC accessories! The product itself is very well designed and finished. The metal plating is titanium with sandblasting. The 3x22.5 tritium vials mate perfectly and push-in stoppers fit the top (cap side) of the vial openings to prevent longitudinal/vertical movement of the tritium vials. Weight about 16 grams with vials installed and maybe 1 gram less without them. I installed green, yellow, and white bottles, but will probably substitute green or ice blue for white as white just doesn't have the same "pop" as other colors. I heat an anodized shank which gives a purple-blue-bronze finish. I assume this will void any warranty so do this at your own risk. Useful advice; The cover is held in place by a small O-ring that fits over the key ring mounting shaft. The O-ring fits into the groove/retainer on the shaft and fits snugly against the cover. If you need to remove the cover you will need to overcome the friction of the o-ring against the groove/shaft retainer. The best way I've found to do this is to gently tug on the cover while rotating it left and right about 1/8 turn, or 45° back and forth. It seems to work better than just pulling straight away, which requires more power. Remember to pull carefully.
