During the renovation I placed a built-in reading lamp holder above the headboard on both sides of the bed. What I didn't realize was that when I was lying on my back, the light was aimed straight at my face. With them, I was able to direct the light exactly where I needed it. The only downside is they don't come out of the box to fit a 4" canister and the instructions don't tell you how to change them. I figured that I would have to unscrew each clip (2 for each headlight) and screw back into the other hole.
