I have to say the bed is really cute, fabric colors etc and perfect for a guinea pig or smaller. My cat doesn't even weigh 8 pounds, she really is a VERY little girl and loves little places. But it's super small. She made it through the first night to get there. When I came to visit her in the morning, she was lying upside down on the whole bed and couldn't get out. Guess what, at night she tried to move and the bed (and cat) fell backwards. I had to go to the local store and buy something bigger. DO NOT buy if your pet is over 5 pounds. I ended up leaving it in the TV room as a spare bed, but it wasn't worth paying for.
