From time to time I (fine, straight hair) resort to powdered dry shampoo. The sprays are great because they're convenient, but to be honest I always feel like I'm on top of the can at the worst possible moment. Powders are then practical because they last forever. I love this powder. I wash my hair every 5 or 6 days (it took me a few years to get to this point. Just have a baby: you'll be surprised at how easy it will be to train your hair to grow between the Washes stay longer if you don't (no time/energy to wash). I usually sprinkle this the first day to nip the oil in the bud and then again for about 3/4 of the day and I'm not running around like a fat ball. My teenager loves it too. She thinks it smells nice and she really likes that it saves her having to wash her hair as often as she otherwise would.
