I bought this for my sons switch based on info and reviews because his dad had his cable and I'm giving it 3 stars because back then while it's charging his switch , when connected directly to it, it will not charge when connected to the console used to connect the switch to the TV. So I had to spend more money for a real Nintendo Switch charger. So if you need a charger for the same purpose to connect to this console, I don't recommend it. I ended up giving it to my mom so she could charge her phone.
