Why is it so difficult to produce a quality product?

The caps on these bottles leak like strainers and the red cap on top can be thrown away. It won't stay. I would happily pay a little more for a bottle that doesn't leak and has a lid that stays in place. How hard is it to make a damn plastic bottle? Seriously, Amazon, it's not always just about the price.
