It cleans the dirty water running down the floor and makes it look like new again. Even a clean leftover from my wheelchair wheels has come in handy during weekly maintenance. He steams with a brush head to remove residue on the tread, then switches to a small cloth head to finish off the tires and metal on my chair. It was very nice not to have all the manure, road tar, dirt and anything else that tires accumulate.
