I really like this band. The material feels better than silicone and is so cute, but the main issue is that it doesn't connect well to the Fitbit 3. It connects but falls apart easily if you hit it or something. I'm scared of losing it. I have ordered three models from this company and love them all except this one. I wish they would fix that and that's the only reason I didn't give it five stars. I gave it a 4 because the customer service was amazing! I would definitely choose this brand again if they fix this problem! TO UPDATE! - after a few months I decided to update my review with the fact that after realizing I just need to adjust a bit to keep this group from falling! If I hit him or got caught on something, he would come down. I liked this group so much that I tried to bake their work and I succeeded! Since finding out I've just become more vigilant to be more careful and haven't had any issues since. I would still recommend using these straps securely for normal everyday functions, but if you work in an area where you store shelves or things where they can easily snag, then they may not be the right fit for you.
