I really wanted these picks to be good. I love the form factor, the look, the feel and the design. The minor problem is that the letters are pre-cut - or mostly pre-cut. The photo shows two "n" which cannot be used as they are not pierced properly and cannot pop out. The rest is fine, although extracting it (e.g. with a tool) takes a bit more effort than shown in the tutorial videos. This is normal - still works - and "u" can be replaced with "n" if needed. I think there are many. BIG PROBLEM: The letters are NOT etched or stamped into the metal. The photo shows that they can be scraped off. Don't know how much heat they can take either. I held the corner of the 'n' in the flame of a lighter for about a minute without seeing any damage and the letter didn't rub off. Conclusion: I like everything except the letters. Fix it and it will be great. The lack of engraving/stamping makes me question the durability of the letters and greatly lowers my safety rating for this seed storage device. fires happen. There are other similar devices with engraved/stamped letters at the same price. Unfortunately, they are different sizes, so I can't use them here.
