Fits great, love the handles!

Bought based on the size chart and they fit my 3 year old son perfectly! The handles allow her to take them off herself, which she does. The print is absolutely gorgeous and color coordinated with her raincoat. They are durable, non-slip and well built. There is a lining inside which is nice. Great little boots for the price. Would recommend and will definitely buy again when she grows up!
