Review on RWM Casters DUR 0412 06 Diameter Durastan by Carl Morgan

In my photo you can see the spool/axle is separate from the wheel. This is not supposed to be a good product. He uses the red wire for shipping. The wheel levitates around the spool/axle (left/right movement, not just forward). I need to install it to see how it works. If the wheel moves too much (which means the wheel is touching other parts, I have to get it back. Another photo shows the bottom bracket without the inner race. The spool/axle (long cylinder) is the inner race. This is not provided by the Separating bearings looks homemade.
