That is, there may be problems during power failures. The reason is for some routing curvature, because the extender itself is assigned an IP address, unlike access points, and all devices passing through it change their MAC address (in this case, the first part of the address is written to the router from the extender, the second - from the device itself. Solution: connect the extender through the guest network. It also didn’t start with the Chinese GW GT835 - the router does not perceive it at all and throws it out of the network after a few seconds when connected. I did not find a solution. In general, you need to look at the specific model of the router that you have worth it and try.
