The size of the neck is huge and the material is very light.
I cannot recommend this blouse. I ordered XXL. The length of the arm was a little long but not terrible. However, the size of the neck was huge. My neck measurement is 17.5 inches and the neck measurement of this shirt should be 19.5 inches or maybe 20.5. I would also say that the fabric was very thin and didn't look very high quality.
