The cross is made of plastic, so take careful not to drop it and break it. The rest is without a hitch. Delivered in two days, I had no complaints about the turnaround time. I did one, bending as best I could at regular intervals to smooth out the finer points. Here are the negatives: Fabric holes and thread manufacturing locations are misaligned, making assembly difficult. It's not enough to just keep everything steady; you've also have to feel around until you find the thread inside the seat or backrest, and then screw into it. You get it, I guess. The armrests are also a little bit wonky. This isn't that important, as only perfectionists would be offended by it, but it does draw attention rather rapidly. When compared to the other, one protrudes forward by around 2 to 3 centimeters. The most important thing is that it does not get in the way of sitting. The height knob is poorly built; it wobbles and constantly falls to the ground. But it makes no difference whatsoever, so don't worry about it.
