Overall a decent monitor arm for a 17lb 32in monitor. I bought 2 for monitors side by side. I sit on one and stand on the other but need vertical adjustment to move the monitors up and down. I am deducting 1 star because the vertical adjustment is not 11 inches as shown in the picture. I measured the 8 inch vertical adjustment from the lowest to the highest position and it is generous. Another problem I've encountered is that the tilt function screws keep loosening when the monitor is moved. Both toggle bolts should be as tight as I can get them to hold the monitors. I have to retighten the screws about once a week, otherwise the tilt becomes so weak that it no longer holds the monitor's alignment. Another star deduction for that.
