This is the reverse polarity I needed in my application - this is normal - they say it can be. So for my blinker I was able to use a jeweler's screwdriver to loosen the tabs on the terminals from the housing and move the terminals from side to side. The danger was in the fuse box, and it wouldn't have been that easy. Instead of re-soldering the fuse box, I made a pair of 2 inch wires, each with a ferrule on one end and a socket on the other, so I used these to reverse the polarity between the fuse box and the turn signal. It worked great! So my LED conversion completed the normal flashing rate regardless of the load.
