The company quickly got in touch, fixed the problem and returned the money. I could have just gotten a bad batch. I like the color and they charge quickly. However, ALL of the silver tips broke within the first few uses! My chargers usually last a ridiculously long time. They broke in the first two weeks! Of course I don't have the box so I lost money because I can't get it back! I do not recommend this.
