Fan Noise Legacy Notebooks

This laptop had everything I wanted, especially connectivity and light weight. But the fan noise was too loud. Even in silent mode and with only Chrome and Outlook running, it gets noisy and very hot. Support didn't help much - I won't be fiddling with the BIOS settings for a new laptop in 2021. If MSI can detect fan noise, that would be great. I ended up returning it and paying more for the LG Gram 14 inch.
