Review on Fragola 689006 BL Black Size Fitting by Jason Hayes

I wanted to use decent fittings in my fuel system and have heard good things about Fragola. 90° fittings in particular have very little thread engagement before they actually begin to compress the olive, making threading easier. As long as you know it beforehand, it's not too bad to work with. I have 4 of these in my car along with the black Fragola coated hose and have not had any leakage issues and they look great. Another important note: I contacted Fragola to find out what the allowable distance between the nut and the fitting assembly is. To the right. There is no information about PTFE fittings on the website. They confirmed that 1/8 inch is an acceptable gap, which I got when I tightened it fully (see photos). I might recommend trying a different brand for an easier build, but they work and look good.
