I'm here to tell you about my personal experience with this wonderful product because I didn't always find the products lived up to the advertisements. However, it does. I just had my first teeth cleaning and exam after not being able (read: unwilling) to come for an exam for two years. I was afraid to walk because even brushing my teeth with fluoride always gave me discomfort and sharp, white-hot nerve pain. After making an appointment with the dentist I bought this product and used it twice a day for 2 weeks and also practiced coconut oil pulling for 20-30 minutes once a day to see if it could help. Not only did I have absolutely no pain from brushing and scaling, my gums were in better shape than usual and the hygienist said she was shocked my teeth looked so good! Now I'm a convert. My teeth also tend to get heavily stained with coffee, but this toothpowder removed the stains before brushing. I love this product!
