So far everything works fine with thermometers and timers
After leaving the freezer open twice and losing a lot of groceries we bought this alarm clock. The different alarm settings are also handy because I can use the second one elsewhere. We set it to 15 seconds and then it starts with a soft beep and then gradually gets louder when the door isn't closed. So far, so good. Even if the freezer is opened 2.5 cm, the alarm will sound. No more wasted food from an open freezer.
