You do the work for us. We have 3 ponies and keep a manure pile near our house next to our barn. We have no problem with flying, period. Easy to use we had a pony that lost one kidney and was working with a damaged second kidney and our vet consulted the manufacturer and was told it would not harm her and it did not. She lived well on this product for at least 4 years with no problems. So, sure, effective, a bit pricey, but I keep buying them. I think it's worth it because it works and I keep all the extras sealed for the winter. So maybe not that expensive! I recommend this product to everyone. We live a few miles from a cattle ranch but so far we haven't had a problem with flies so it's ok!
