So far, so good. This is the Rev C version so I'm not sure if that matters to other potential buyers. It has everything you expect: 1. Soft zip case and inner pockets (very handy) 2. A Bluetooth dongle to connect to a laptop without a base. I think it still connects to the phone via its own Bluetooth connection and doesn't require a dongle (not 100% at that)3. The headset worked right out of the box (i.e. there was enough juice included to pair with the phone and use it right away)4. The base station was easy to connect and the transfer between desk phone, PC and mobile phone was amazing. I still haven't figured out how to dial a number without pressing the headset button on my phone and then selecting my desk phone on the base's touchscreen. Although the sound interests me. Seems loud enough but scratches badly at times? Has anyone seen this before? can i get rid of this I also updated all my firmware (base, phone, headset). No complaints, just a tinny, grating noise that bothers me every now and then. Didn't get them due to their distance but was able to continue listening to music while walking to the printer (probably 35-40 feet).
