Review on Renewed JBL Go 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker in Blue: Enjoy Music On-the-Go by Anastazja Szuba ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's not a bad product, but I expect more.

An abrupt shift in generations that has stirred so much debate Go. Active use (outdoors, at work, etc.) necessitates pairing the column with an external battery right away; the two will never be separated. Those who already own a Go 2 should update simply for the sake of slightly improved sound quality, accepting of the drop in volume and battery life that this entails. Consulted experts: I like the way the bass sounds. There isn't a lot of background noise or muddiness to the sound. Although the view is intriguing and quite shockproof in practice, I fear that it will quickly become dirty due to dust accumulation. It's not a good idea to stand while (unlike the previous version). Connector of the Type-C Kind. The negatives: When compared to the previous version, 1.5, which is superior to the new one in many ways, the price of 2.6 appears not too exorbitant (see below). Self-rule is a disgraceful concept. At 60%, Go3's maximum playtime is 2 minutes and six seconds, compared to 2 minutes and fifty-three seconds for the previously exhausted Go2. The 5 hours promised are possible, but only at a volume of less than 50%. It's worth noting that the generational shift and the increase in size only negatively affects volume and autonomy, so even though the two speakers are 100% identical in volume, the newer Go 2's half will sound much quieter. Both the AUX and the unnecessary built-in microphone were removed (but this is a loss - the sound over the cable is noticeably better than over BT). Go2 had AUX and two speakers attached to the laptop nicely with a split wire, but you couldn't get a stereo pair on your own or through the app.
