small but i love it in my review.
This hat is definitely small but very soft and my little one doesn't mind wearing it on her head. The velcro is excellent. My 8 month old has a big head (maybe 85% for her age?) but an 18 month old is perfect. I'm hoping she can survive this winter in the Northeast, but I'm not sure if there isn't much room to grow there at the moment.
