After reading the reviews I decided on XL. I love my coats with room for layers. I'm 5'3", 156 lbs. It's a bit big but I was hoping for it. It arrived yesterday, first impression is that it's cute, and secondly, it really makes a rustle. It's outdoors in 45 degrees which is perfect for checking in. I'm warm in a long sleeve t-shirt, sweatshirt and pajamas that fully covers my body. Sounds like crazy layers but when I'm cold my hands go numb so I do mine Best to avoid.It's warm you can feel a little cold on the coat.I'm used to the Northface which I've worn.for many years.It may not be THAT warm but I think I will help get through the long dark cold New England winters. Decent price I bought it on sale so woo. Lots of pockets. I want the fur to come off without taking the whole hood off as it gets in the eyes That's probably the most annoying thing about this coat, i may need to cut him or use a hair product to tame him. ut jacket length. It's similar to my last coat and I love that it keeps my legs and butt warm. Let's see how it holds up in the rain and snow! Even in the rain it was great, I didn't get wet at all. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this coat! I tested it in 30 degree weather and I was perfectly warm and toasty, albeit with layers. Always wear my layers! Addendum: The zipper broke, so I'm sending it back. Very upset but happy to still be in the return window! I can order again, but I'll see first.
