Review on πŸ“± DJ&RPPQ Pink Light Weight Shock Proof Case for Latest Model 10 Inch Tablet (9th/7th/5th Generation) by Brian Weese

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great case to soften the Kindle - Two minuses so only 4 stars

This case adds bulk, is very durable and I'm sure it will protect the Kindle from drop damage. (Haven't dropped it yet.) Great for kids for that reason. The indentation on the back makes it easier to hold in hand. CONS: Fitting the Kindle into the case is a little tricky. I opened the sides about halfway, inserted the bottom of the Kindle, pressed it against the bottom of the case, then opened the sides and inserted the Kindle into the top half. I was a little worried about the Kindle's kink. (There were no instructions for this.) CONS TWO: The case is thick, so the holes for the power and volume buttons are deep (about 3/8 inch) and narrow, and difficult to get your finger in and on arrive buttons. (I don't know how hard it will be for kids' fingers.) I had to take a knife and cut out the inside of the hole so I could better reach the buttons with my finger (see my photo). Because the mini SD card slot on the side IS deeper on one side, so that's not a problem (it would be really difficult to insert the card if it wasn't). One more thing I was surprised that the depth of the hole above the speakers was NO did not affect the volume.

  • Good thing
Cons
