There are definitely things I like about this product. It has the most amazing smell! I'm addicted to it! It perfectly moisturizes and has an excellent viscosity that remains only slightly sticky after application. It's very rich and beautiful. I have to say unfortunately I have very sensitive skin and this product, like so many other amazing products, causes acne. I will continue to use it on my hands. Again, this is absolutely fine, but just doesn't work for me. Unless you have sensitive, acne-prone skin, I'd recommend trying this out on Heartbeat. If you are sensitive I would consider this as it doesn't work, you might still like this hand moisturizer. The smell is divine like nothing else.
