A durable watch that can be worn for almost any daily activity including swimming and Bikram yoga. The only criticism is the watch strap. It is soft but cannot be laid flat. I also have to take off my watch when I need to take off my coat - the watch is just too thick and I don't want to damage my coat. But overall I like the features and the large dial. By the way, the G-Shock version has a very clever feature for Daylight Saving Time.
