Long version: First off, I'm 6ft 1in, 185lbs and I sleep very comfortably on this single mattress (25" x 75"). The memory phone provides enough support, and the triple layout makes it easy to move and store the sleeping pad. The padding feels strong enough for indoor use or even in a tent when camping. The foam had a mild smell when first unpacked, but not too overpowering. 4 inches is enough memory foam for a comfortable sleep. Overall this is excellent value for a single mat and perfect for how I currently use the mat. However, if you want more room to stretch out, or if you really want to sink in and lose yourself in your memory foam, you might be better off with a 6-inch double/full size memory foam pad. I don't have room for such a large mattress, but I know that if I can get a good night's sleep on a size 4 memory foam mat, I would be very comfortable on a larger, thicker mattress. Short Version: This sleeping pad is great and works well when you need something small and portable, but if you have the space and are really looking for a great night's sleep, you might be better off going for something larger.
