My workplace sent me two monitors for my home office. I was very surprised by the good picture quality. I don't experience any lag, but I'm not a gamer so I can't comment on how well they perform in these conditions. I liked them so much I bought two more for my wife's office. If you are a gamer I would look at other reviews but if you use them for general office use they are great.
