They are easy to use, but people who have neck pain and tightness usually have them in the neck, especially at the base. This device only rubs the sides of the neck. I recently bought a ten pack for $33 and it works wonders! This device may be good for flying, but for stiffness, pain and tension? Fur only when it's on the side of your neck and even if it's not exerting much pressure
