Who knew a belt could get you so excited? I work hard to lose weight because I'm a big guy. So I have to make new holes in the straps if I lose. However, the straps break around these new holes as the integrity of the material is compromised by the hole. Not only does this belt stretch, it also has no holes! The material is made so that you can find space where you need it. Once the band pliers are out of the material, the spot you used will close up like memory foam. So until I reach my goal, I don't have to keep changing belts! This is the second one I've bought as it's easier to have 2!
