This lamp is honestly one of my favorite purchases of 2018, the light output is excellent - the lowest white light setting is quite bright; I would have thought it would be too bright for a night light in the room you slept in, but it would make great minimal lighting in a hallway or bathroom. The average brightness is great and the maximum brightness is enough for reading. The light spectrum is very wide - it radiates from the foot up and illuminates the room very well. At maximum brightness setting, it easily and comfortably illuminates a normal-sized room. The color change mode is impressive - an extremely wide range of colors and shades that change smoothly. This mode also produces a lot of light; only in a variety of colors, and the song quality of the bluetooth speaker is pretty good.
