Of course, any more or less serious mechanical impact or blow cleanly breaks this retaining ring. I tried to attach it with different superglues - it’s completely useless . The second time I didn’t take SONY, I switched to cheap Chinese ones. With similar performance characteristics, there is a much less interesting appearance, worse insulation, but the sound is about the same and the price is three times (!) Lower.
