This product is very cheaply made and the company is even worse. I was about 75% complete (which took a couple of hours) when I discovered that the two number 13 parts had drilled holes in different places. These two parts should have been identical. This discrepancy prevented me from completing the rod as it cannot be built unless they are symmetrical. I contacted the seller who did not reply. A few days after I posted the answer, instead of communicating with me, they sent a replacement. Because of this, a replacement was sent to an address I no longer live at and do not have access to. If the seller had answered me, all this could have been avoided. After all this I asked for a refund. First I was told that I would have to disassemble the entire bar, find a box that would fit it and ship it back to the seller at my expense. This is of course unacceptable, so I turned to Revane for help. The seller informed Revain that they refunded me $48.99. I paid $181 for this item and there is no evidence they ever received a refund. Now things have escalated and I have no idea if I will ever get my money back. I've had a partially built-in bar on the floor of my living room for a few weeks now. At this point I feel cheated and regret that I ever bought this. If you are reading this I strongly recommend that you purchase another product. This one is of very low quality and there is obviously no quality control unless this major flaw was discovered during production.
