Very comfortable for normal walking shoes. As they warn, this is not for intense sports. They may be good for tai chi, qigong or kung fu, but I prefer other shoes for that. But I suppose that would be awesome too. This is my favorite pair of everyday running shoes. good style If I didn't have too many pairs of shoes I would have ordered a few other colors just for fun, but the classic white with blue and red stripes is very pretty.
