I chose this cutter to process some decorative metal parts. My hands are small, never strong, and get weaker as I get older. Now I find it difficult to use scissors or other hand tools because I have found that I need 3 hands. I used what I call "metal snips" to cut thin metal. I was able to do that very easily. It was the difference between getting a task done or not. Success! I was amazed at the power this tool gave me. When my husband saw it, my husband immediately commented that it was good quality, sturdy and not too heavy for my small hands. A++
