Easy to assemble, just follow the instructions carefully, it's not that hard as some other reviews have made it out to be. Took me 20 minutes total, after which it took my furry friend 10 minutes to crawl straight into the round bed and get a good nap! This is the perfect size for my small to medium sized cat. It may not be as strong or suitable for larger sizes. If you're having trouble getting your cat to explore, I took the advice of other reviews and put catnip on it and the toy on medium and it worked! It's perfect for her window while she's watching folk festivals and napping in the sun! Hooray, I'm so happy for you! Only criticism is that apart from the plush cover there is only a wooden board underneath, there isn't another pillow I was hoping for but overall it's worth the money I paid for it!
