The product is good and can bring you comfort. HOWEVER, I have concerns that the product does not have a protective cover on the velcro that is not in use as you could injure yourself trying to move and putting a supportive hand on your side (of course you would if you just had a major surgery like the comfort the pillow provides but if I had to choose between safety and comfort I would choose safety over comfort it's good if you could get both from this product). So I contacted the seller and the seller told me they would send protective cases for me. However, more than a month has passed, but nothing has come. I got them on 11/16. contacted and they said the covers on 11/18. would arrive at their office from the manufacturer. Velcro arrived today 25.11. Although it took a little longer to arrive than I expected, the company kept their promise. Good service and they will make sure you are satisfied.
