These had a LOT of stretch and were SHORT with a saggy crotch area. I ordered a LARGE but I usually wear MEDIUM in pants because I wasn't sure hot stretchy or long they would truly be. The large fit ok, they were much more stretchy than expected, so I recommend either going with your typical size or sizing DOWN. I am 5'5" and these were a bit of high-water on me when I wore them comfortably above my hips. I had to pull them up a lot through the night so the crotch wasn’t down to my knees. Not sure if washing them will reset the material.
