Very disappointed. It wasn't too difficult to set up, but it later turned out that it wouldn't print from the web. The HP printer document said the problem was "no paper". Crazy! After hours of trying to reinstall everything with the same problem, HP support finally called. Their tech on my computer for over 2 hours before finally enabling printing as long as I'm using Google Chrome! I would return it if I could but my husband bought it as a Christmas present in September and now it's too late. I've always had HP printers with no problems. Never again!
