As i have stated in the past, these lights just don't last. The only reason that i am still using them is because I have drilled 10 holes on my trucks running boards and two holes in my front grill to install these lights which look nice when they are working.I have triple checked the wiring and have the ground going to the negative side of the battery, and the power wire going to the positive side of the battery thru a push switch on my dash. The lights last only 3-6 months and i need to to keep swapping them out with a new one. When first installed they work well, then after some months go by they will start to flicker or get dimmer, and then just go out.Currently the two on my front grill are very dim. The (5) on the right side of my truck are all working, on my left side (3) are working and (2) are out again.I installed a different model of LED lights on my mud flaps long before my first purchase of your lights and none of them have failed at all. (These lights are powered from my brake light and turn signal wiring, and they are only grounded to the frame of my vehicle)Does it matter that i have all (10) of my running board lights wired together in a series? Every light is connected together and then go to the power and ground. My first order of (10) PCS was May 5, 2016My second order of (10) PCS was Sept 12, 2016Plus, LED Village sent me (10) PCS as well. (Warranty Replacement)Right now i have about (3) new lights left. So, this means that i have used over 25 lights since 2016 by replacing bad ones.I definitely do not want waste any more of my money to order any more of these lights.Once my remaining (3) new lights are gone that's it. The bad lights will just stay installed to fill the hole that was drilled out for them and cut the wires off.To me it seems that these LED lights are poor quality.Original These lights are junk. They looked cool at first when I installed them on my truck running boards (5 on each side)My original order was made on May 13, 2016. By August I already had a couple on the blink. I applied for a warranty replacement and I was expecting to receive only 2 but they sent me another pack of 10. Before I received the replacement ones I ordered another pack of 10 in Oct 2016. So now I had my original 10 and 20 extra. So far each light only lasts 2-3 months and then I have to change it out. The company was telling me that I had them grounded improperly. I purchased a different type of LED light for my mud flaps in May of 2014 and I never had any issues with them at all and they are grounded the same way too. The attached pictures show these lights too. I'm tired of laying under my truck all the time swapping out these lights. As of today I have one on each side that's getting dim now and they will be out completely soon.
